76ers: G Ben Simmons, G Markelle Fultz, F Robert Covington, F Dario Saric, C Joel Embiid.

Injury update: For the Pistons, Bullock (ankle) is doubtful. Luke Kennard (shoulder) is out.

Rematch: The Pistons knocked off the Sixers in a wild, 133-132 overtime battle Oct. 23, led by Griffin’s 50 points. … The Sixers are 5-0 at home this season, and the Pistons are 1-2 on the road. Detroit has lost three straight.

Bad blood: Drummond and Embiid have a budding rivalry, dating back to last season. In the game earlier this season, Drummond was ejected, though the NBA later said it made the wrong call. Pistons coach Dwane Casey called Embiid a “bully” after the game.
