Afflalo, 33, has played for six teams over his 11-year career. He averaged 3.4 points in 53 games for the Magic last season.
The 33-year-old Rush last appeared in an NBA game in 2016-17 with the Timberwolves. He won a title with the Warriors in 2014-15.
Kilpatrick has averaged 10.3 points in 157 career games, while Highsmith went undrafted in 2018.
Philadelphia guard Markelle Fultz, the top pick in the 2017 draft, stepped away from the team in late November in order to deal with a shoulder injury. He was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome earlier this week and is out indefinitely.
The 76ers will face the Pistons on Friday. They’ll carry a 17-9 record into that matchup.
