Free-agent guard Sean Kilpatrick took to Twitter Friday night and seemingly hinted at a potential signing with the Philadelphia 76ers.
Kilpatrick worked out for the Sixers this week after being without a team to start the 2018-19 season.
He averaged 6.3 points and 1.7 rebounds while playing in a total of 52 games.
However, perhaps this tweet is hinting at the possibility of him returning to the court to join Philly next:

Sean Kilpatrick is averaging 10.3 points per game for his career, with his most impressive seasons coming in the 2016-17 campaign. He started 24 games for the Nets that season while playing in 70 contests.
Of course, the Sixers’ reason for working out Kilpatrick had a lot to do with the team’s current injury situation, as both Markelle Fultz and Zhaire Smith continue to remain sidelined.
However, Philly has been on a roll as of late in winning eight of 10 games. The Sixers saw their four-game winning streak snapped on Wednesday in a 113-102 loss to the Toronto Raptors, but they bounced back with a huge comeback victory over the Detroit Pistons after Kilpatrick sent out this tweet.
Should Sean Kilpatrick indeed sign with the team, he’ll get to face one of his old squads in the near future with Philly set to host Brooklyn next Wednesday.
